2024 Flag Football Season
Information and Registration
Who can play?
Students entering, Kindergarten, 1st grade or 2nd grade in the fall of 2024. Teams will be made up primarily of students attending Millard North feeder elementary schools, but any child with a desire to play football is encouraged to join the Junior Mustangs. There are two divisions: K-1 and 2nd grade. First graders may elect to play up in the second grade division.
Who will they play?
The Junior Mustangs are part of the Metro Youth Football League. This consists of other feeder programs throughout the Omaha metro. Games will be played against other feeder teams at various school sites in the metro. At least four home games will be played at Millard North High School.
Where will they play?
Practices will be at Aldrich Elementary, Cottonwood Elementary and Abbott Elementary. This may be adjusted based on field availability.
When will they play?
Games will be on Saturdays. Practices will be Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Coaches will determine length of practice time.

October 5th and 12th – Games 7 and 8 or Tournament

$115
Registration closes May 1, 2024.
What’s included?
- Junior Mustangs Game Uniform
- 8-9 MYFL League flag football games. All games will have two officials.
- 2 practices per week at local neighborhood schools
- Practice visits from Millard North varsity football players and/or coaches
- Practice plans designed by Millard North football coaching staff
